Congratulations to our Houston-based client, Cheniere Energy Inc., for being the first ever for the state of Texas to ship the first commissioning cargo of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from their Corpus Christi liquefaction facility. With the U.S. being on the cusp of becoming a major global LNG player, Cheniere Energy is the first to export LNG from the state and from a greenfield liquefaction facility in the lower 48 states.
The importance LNG is a fully renewable energy system has become the fastest growing gas supply and demand source globally and one is of the most important solutions to address climate change issues.
This exciting milestone for Cheniere proves that they are the leader in U.S. LNG, and also having a world-scale liquefaction platform gives them the competitive advantages while they grow. Congratulations Cheniere!
